Children’s Ministry
Join EFA Kids on Sunday mornings at 10:00am where we have a place for children of all ages!
EFA Kids also meets on Wednesday nights at 7:00pm for a weekly boys Bible study and girls Bible study.
We continue to use our Grow curriculum which follows a monthly theme and overview detailing Scripture and Big Ideas geared towards a message of hope and trusting in God. We also offer fun and exciting kid’s events throughout the year!
Nursery (0-3 yrs.):
The nursery at Elsinore First Assembly seeks to create a safe environment for infants and toddlers. At EFA we encourage our workers to demonstrate the importance of love and trust. When babies receive tender, loving care during the first years of their lives, they learn to love others and to trust that their needs will be met. Our 2 & 3 year old’s Sunday school class has a weekly Bible lesson, fun activities, and appropriate play that encourage child development milestones.

Kinder (4-5 yrs.):
Our Kinder Sunday school class at Elsinore First Assembly is made up of 4 & 5 year old’s. This class helps children transition from the nursery to our elementary classroom with weekly lessons and activities. Kinder currently uses the Grow curriculum that includes age appropriate Bible lessons, activities, games, with each weekly idea concurrently following the ideas taught in the elementary classroom. This lays the groundwork for children having a solid, biblical foundation.

Elementary (1st-5th grade):
Our elementary Sunday school class at Elsinore First Assembly is for children in 1st-5th grade. Elsinore First Kids strives to teach kids a solid biblical foundation while also encouraging kids to have a God experience with an engaging curriculum and exciting events throughout the year. The elementary class currently uses the Grow curriculum which includes a monthly theme and overview detailing Scripture, big ideas, and a memory verse for the entire series. There are at least six different engaging teaching techniques in every lesson that ensures that each child’s learning style can be met. Each Sunday includes praise and worship through music, games and activities, Bible teachings and videos, and a small group time for discussion.

Sensory Sunday School Class
Pre-K to 6th Grade
Sensory Sunday school was created to reassure parents that their children who have a special need will be appropriately cared for while they attend our 10:00 am service. We welcome children with mild to severe disabilities in this safe and educational environment. This class is for children with special needs from Pre-K to 6th grade.

Royal Rangers
Royal Rangers is a ministry that reaches across the United States and in over 65 nations around the world. It motivates boys spiritually through Bible Study and memorization, devotionals, and Christian role models. Boys are strengthened mentally by an advanced awards-based weekly program. Further, the boys increase their physical prowess by participation in age-specific activities and recreation. Finally, they are introduced to church, community, and nature related activities to develop their social skills and awareness.

Girls Club
Mpact is a program for winning girls to Jesus Christ through love and acceptance. Mpact provides an environment of support and accountability while helping girls to develop their gifts and abilities. In addition, girls build lifelong relationships with mentors who encourage girls to be spiritual leaders.
